About it
The Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato FAST V Giannino Bundle combines Rocket's modern heat-exchanger machine with a compact, programmable espresso grinder. The Mozzafiato FAST V features beveled side panels, a 1.8-liter heat-exchanger boiler, PID temperature control and a shot timer. The built-to-match Giannino rounds out the pair with 55mm flat burrs, stepless adjustment and three saved doses, and shares the FAST V's focus on repeatable results. The machine heats up in about 15 minutes and draws from its internal reservoir, and the grinder's programmable doses take the guesswork out of each shot. It's a clean, matched Rocket setup for home baristas ready to move into a heat-exchanger machine.
